This practical hands-on course will guide you through the fundamental principles of graphic design, covering essential topics such as photo production, illustration, typography, package design, and working with colors. You will gain proficiency in industry-standard software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, and others, equipping you with the skills necessary for effective design.
By the end of this course, you will have learned to explore and investigate visual representation through a diverse range of image-making techniques. You will understand the basic principles of working with shape, color, and pattern, and will be exposed to the language and skills of typography. Additionally, you will understand and apply the principles of composition and visual contrast, enabling you to create compelling visual designs.
With the skills acquired in this course, you will be prepared to work as a creative professional in various fields, including advertising and marketing, signage and large-format printing, apparel and textiles, illustrations, and fine arts.
